At Skyline Vector, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our services. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our work or if we fail to deliver as promised, we will refund your payment in full, minus any non-refundable third-party fees.

This policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchase while ensuring fairness for both parties.

2. Eligible Services

The following services are covered by our 30-day refund guarantee:

Full-Service Packages

Starter, Professional, and Enterprise business setup packages (before state filing is completed)

Consultation Services

Business structure consultation and strategy sessions

Website Setup

Basic and premium website design services (before final delivery)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are not eligible for refund once paid:

  • Government filing fees (state LLC registration, EIN application, etc.) — once submitted to the government agency
  • Domain registration fees — once domain is registered with the registrar
  • Virtual office setup fees — once the address is activated
  • Services already delivered and accepted by the client
  • Custom work completed per your specifications

We will always notify you before processing any non-refundable payment.

4. How to Request a Refund
